The Aycliffe and District Bus Preservation Society is pleased to offer a range of flexible venue-hire opportunities within Aycliffe Bus Museum. Our unique setting provides an atmospheric and practical space suitable for a wide variety of private, community, and creative events.

One of our most popular hire spaces is the museum’s conference room. This room comfortably seats around 30 people and is equipped with a large 70-inch television, making it ideal for meetings, presentations, training sessions, talks, and small conferences. The space offers a comfortable and distinctive environment away from traditional meeting venues.

In addition to the conference room, the museum itself can be hired for many different types of events. These include photography evenings, art nights, birthday parties, film launches, and much more. Surrounded by historic vehicles and memorabilia, Aycliffe Bus Museum provides a memorable backdrop that can be tailored to suit your event.

Our preserved vehicles are also available for film and television work. If you are looking to feature a historic bus in a production, promotional project, or special event, we may be able to assist. While current legislation means we are unable to hire our vehicles for passenger use at present, they can still be made available for static display or media purposes by arrangement.
